First time here and terrible experience, do NOT trust all the positive reviews at least with regard to pedicure experience.Water was cold. Immediately put feet in only to remove less than 5 mins later for them to start cutting and shaping nail. It wasn’t until after the gel polish was done that I realized no part of the “pamper or relaxation” of the pedicure had actually occurred yet. Basically had a polish change first. The tech only realized she never bothered to ask me what type of pedicure I wanted after my friend and I noted that she had the green scrub and I didn’t. The tech then provided a shoddy leg scrub and massage as required in the menu but quickly rushed. After requesting to review with manager, they accused my friend and me of talking too much which is why we didn’t notice parts of the pedicure being completed. Then proceeded to state that they do polish first then the rest of the pedicure later…I’ve never experienced a pedicure like that before but whatever.After all was said and done I paid in cash, which should have been 5% off of $55 and offered a discount for the poor service experience. This brought my total to $50 which at the end of the day is nothing.. LOL never going back.

Wendy was great! She took her time to make sure the dip manicure looked very natural. The salon was very clean and efficient.
